A registration date will be announced to those on our wait list well in advance of the beginning of classes in January or September. Arrive early, as acceptance is on a first come first serve basis. You will receive a registration package prior to your registration date. For infant and toddler and 3-5 care registration is done throughout the year whenever space is available. Priority registration is given to:
1. Children currently enrolled in one of the programs.
2. Siblings of children currently or previously enrolled in one of the programs.
3. Children on the wait list.

At the time of INFANT/TODDLER registration you must present:
1. Infant/Toddler registration fee is $50.00
2. Twelve postdated cheques payable to Bright Eyes Academy Inc. dated the first of each month.
3. Completed registration forms, including emergency contact, permission forms, immunization form and Parent Agreement.

At the time of PRESCHOOL registration you must present:
1. Preschool registration fee is $50.00.
2. Ten post dated cheques payable to Bright Eyes Academy Inc. dated the first of each month.
3. Completed registration form, including emergency contact card, permission forms, immunization form and Parent Agreement.

At the time of 3-5 GROUP DAY CARE registration you must present:
1. 3-5 daycare registration fee is $50.00.
2. Twelve postdated cheques payable to Bright Eyes Academy Inc. dated the first of each month.
3. Completed registration forms, including emergency contact, permission forms, immunization form and Parent Agreement.

At the time of OUT OF SCHOOL AGE CARE registration you must present:
1. School Care registration fee is $25.00.
2. Ten postdated cheques payable to Bright Eyes Academy Inc. dated the first of each month.
3. Completed registration forms, including emergency contact, permission forms, immunization form and Parent Agreement.
